Important Notes:
o I understand I am making a pledge to receive a weekly (or every other week) delivery of fresh, organic produce.
o CSA commitment is for the time period selected above and is to be paid in advance.
o I understand the farmer does all he/she can do to insure a full harvest. I am committed to sharing the gain or loss of each
season due to favorable or unfavorable conditions beyond the farmer’s control.
o There are 52 weeks of delivery for this season.
o Payment is required before delivery and can be made by check, cash or credit card.
o It is my responsibility to pick up my produce during the designated time period. If I am unable to pick it up, I will send
someone on my behalf to do so. I will also call or email the CSA to let them know of this change. I understand that if my
produce is not picked up, it will be donated at the site director’s discretion.
