Listed below are the crops that we grow. Harvest schedules are approximate and are subject to the
weather, squirrels, gophers, coyotes, rabbits, birds and of course the hundreds of insects that like our
crops as much as we do. Some tree crops are limited as those trees are young and are not fully
productive yet. Herbs are grown monthly but are limited in quantity.
Greens may consist of arugula, dandelion, mustard, pak choi, tatsoi or mesclun mix and will vary weekly.
